Access codes are active for one year.  After the expiration, you will need to contact Professional School Imaging to place your order.

Professional School Imaging will gladly take your order over the phone with a credit card or a check. 360-733-4174.

We know you are anxious to see the image taken of your child for school or sports. When packages are delivered back to the school or league there will be a proof with and an access code that is “unique” only to your child.  This method ensures you are the only one who can access your child’s portrait and no one else.

Send an email to sales@professionalschoolimaging.com with the following information.

1. Childs full name
2. School name and year it was taken
3. League name, team, coach and year it was taken

Access codes can be found on the insert delivered with packages. Schools (in the large blue window envelope), Sports (look for a red or yellow window envelope).

Unique individual access codes are available after the portrait packages have been delivered back to the school or league.

Your child will not forget to give the order form to a teacher or Professional School Imaging staff.

1. You can order in advance when you have the time.  Usually up to two weeks before portrait day.
2. You have a digital receipt and record of the order you placed.
3. You do not have to worry about an order form going missing or getting lost in your child’s cubby, backpack, binder, and locker or under the car seat.
4. Samples of the products and packages we have to offer are displayed on the web.
5. Many more items are available on line that are not offered on the order form.
